We are really pleased to welcome new and existing members to Telford Ski Club and we would like to take this opportunity to introduce our child welfare officers.

The Club Welfare Officer's role is to promote safeguarding and to ensure members are aware that safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, thereby ensuring the Club's members have a positive and rewarding experience.

Telford Ski Club is affiliated to Snowsport England (SE) and complies fully with Snowsafe, SE’s Child Protection Policy, a copy of which is available for you to see at https://www.snowsportengland.org.uk/safeguarding/

We have procedures in place to ensure that all members are treated equitably and cared for whilst at the club.

If you or your child has any safeguarding issues you wish to discuss then please do not hesitate to get in touch with the child welfare officers

The Child Welfare Officer is Tamsin Newton and the Deputy Child Welfare Officer is Craig Newton. They can be contacted on 07988 547613

Email:   skiteamtelford@hotmail.com.

There are also members of the committee around during either the Wednesday evening session or the Friday evening session.  Please feel free to come and say hello at any time.

We ask all new parents or carers, and children at the Club to read and agree to a code of conduct (One for parents and another one for the children).  This is so we all understand what is expected of us and helps to ensure that everyone has a positive and happy experience here.
